3.2 Allowing Third Parties to Use Your Account
Allowing another person to use your account or placing bets on behalf of someone else is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in permanent account closure.
3.3 Account Verification (KYC)
7k777 may request the following documents for identity verification (KYC) at any time:
- National Identity Card (NID) or passport
- Recent utility bill or bank statement (proof of address)
- Proof of ownership of payment method (bKash, Nagad or Rocket)
If documents are not provided within the specified time, withdrawals may be placed on hold.
Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount at 7k777 is ৳500 for each method. Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. Only use a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made through third parties are not accepted.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Under normal circumstances, withdrawal requests are processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals will always be returned to the original deposit payment method. Withdrawal times may be longer in the event of technical issues or delays in the verification process.
4.3 Cancellations and Refunds
Once a deposit has been made, funds cannot be refunded, but the account balance may be withdrawn. If an excess amount is deposited due to a technical error, 7k777 reserves the right to return that excess amount. Account balances may be temporarily frozen if a fraudulent transaction is suspected.
Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to qualify for the bonus. The welcome bonus applies only once on the first deposit. If a promo code is applicable, it must be entered correctly at the time of registration.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (25x). This means you must place bets equal to 25 times the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager ৳25,000. The bonus cannot be withdrawn directly before the wagering requirement is met.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once on a single account.
- If bonus misuse is suspected, the account will be reviewed.
- 7k777 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
- VIP rewards and cashback have their own terms — these will be communicated separately.
- Until a bonus is earned, it will be kept separate from the withdrawable balance.
5.4 VIP and Cashback Program
The 7k777 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (up to 0.5% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 1.0% weekly cashback) and Gold (up to 1.5% weekly cashback). Tiers are determined based on player activity and regularity. VIP benefits are subject to their own terms and conditions.
Gameplay and Betting Rules
6.1 Fair Play Policy
